You can use them to send parcels and packages across town or between the areas serviced in our five branch zones - Adelaide, Brisbane (also including Sunshine Coast), Gold Coast (also including NSW North Coast), Melbourne (also including Ballarat, Geelong, Bendigo and Mornington Peninsula) and Sydney (also including Newcastle, Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Wollongong and South Coast).


Couriers Please contractors operate to set pick up and delivery schedules so that all freight can be collected, sorted and redistributed for delivery up to 4 times daily, depending on your location.

As a general guide goods picked up early in the morning are delivered around lunchtime, and goods picked up late morning are delivered early afternoon and so the cycle goes on up to four times daily. Times can vary in each state and each suburb, but detailed delivery schedules are available and can be downloaded from this site as PDF files. (Refer to the Delivery Schedules section for more data).


The Couriers Please system allows contractors to pick up from and deliver to, a number of customers in the same area, thus providing a cost effective and efficient distribution network. Couriers Please does not offer accounts, as this enables us to further minimise costs and helps maintain more economical rates. Pre-paid coupon, satchel and box purchases are made directly from the contractor "at the van door".

Couriers Please operates exclusively on a PREPAID Coupon system, which is both convenient and cost effective and which provides tracking security for your freight. In relation to the level of service offered, the Couriers Please coupon system represents excellent value for money. Please contact your local branch for exact costings.


Our flat rate PREPAID Coupon, puts you the customer in control of your freight expenditure and provides a convenient and simple means of tracking your freight. There are no consignment notes for you to fill out and reconcile each month and there are no "hidden extras" such as account keeping charges.

Coupons are available in books of various sizes, the smallest quantity being a book of 10 coupons, and larger books are available for volume customers at very competitive rates. Each individual Prepaid Coupon will allow you to have a single consignment, of up to 25kg "dead weight" or 0.125 cubic metre, picked up and delivered anywhere within the metropolitan area, in accordance with our delivery schedule. Most major regional centres are only slightly more expensive.


Couriers Please contractors also offer an excellent next day, next city delivery system between our five branches (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide). We ensure your business deliveries are completed before 10am the following day in the metro area and private residences are delivered before 12:00. The interstate delivery system includes quality pre paid packaging available in various sizes including 3kg and 5kg satchels.

Insurance is available at 15% of coupon price.
